C: July - September	€ 581,- final cleaning once only EUR 35,-	€ 700,- final cleaning once only EUR 35,-

The prices contain the unique supply of bedlinen and towels (note: no beach sheets) and the energy costs (no heating costs).

The minimum renting duration amounts one week. After one week can be also rented by the day.

You do not need to keep a special journey day.

In the winter: the heating costs for the holiday house amounts per week overall 70,- EUR, since there is a central heating with 5 heating elements.

Price for renting electric bicycle:

- 1/2 day = 15,- EUR; 1 day = 25,- EUR

Reservation modalities:

If you should decide for a vacation on the holiday house you receive a reservation confirmation, from which all closer information comes out.

Usually you paid 1/3 of the total rent as pre-payment, 2/3 of the rent are to be transferred to three weeks before travel beginning.

Always after receipt of the payment you receive a receipt confirmation.
