The price includes a unique provision of bed linen and towels (Note: no beach sheets) and the energy costs (excluding heating costs). 

The minimum rental period is one week in the main season and three nights in the low season.

You do not need a special arrival.

A baby bed exists.

With arrival at the holiday house Don Pedro a security of 50 EUR is to be paid. You get back the security of course during the departure day if nothing has broken.

Reservation modalities:

If you should decide for a vacation on the holiday house Don Pedro you receive a reservation confirmation, from which all closer information comes out.

Usually you paid 1/3 of the total rent as pre-payment, 2/3 of the rent are to be transferred to three weeks before travel beginning.

Always after receipt of the payment you receive a receipt confirmation.
